VcfKs\">G<\/span>\r\nin his hair he found some gray\r\n \r\nBut he still ain't changed his lifestyle,\r\n                           <span data-name=\"D\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">D<\/span>\r\nhe likes it better the old way\r\n      <span data-name=\"C\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">C<\/span>\r\nSo he grows a little garden\r\n            <span data-name=\"G\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">G<\/span>\r\nin the back yard by the fence\r\n     <span data-name=\"C\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">C<\/span>\r\nHe's consuming what he's growing\r\n    <span data-name=\"G\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">G<\/span>                   <span data-name=\"D\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">D<\/span>\r\nnowadays in self defense\r\n        <span data-name=\"G\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">G<\/span>\r\nHe gets out there in the twilight zone\r\n    <span data-name=\"C\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">C<\/span>                             <span data-name=\"G\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">G<\/span>\r\nSometimes when it just don't make no sense\r\n \r\n\r\n[Verse 2]\r\n<span data-name=\"G\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">G<\/span>\r\nHe gets off on country music,\r\n<span data-name=\"C\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">C<\/span>                       <span data-name=\"G\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">G<\/span>\r\n  'cause disco left him cold\r\n \r\nAnd he's got young friends into new wave,\r\n                           <span data-name=\"D\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">D<\/span>\r\nbut he's just too friggin' old\r\n       <span data-name=\"C\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">C<\/span>\r\nAnd he dreams at night of Woodstock\r\n        <span data-name=\"G\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">G<\/span>\r\nand the day John Lennon died\r\n        <span data-name=\"C\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">C<\/span>\r\nHow the music made him happy,\r\n        <span data-name=\"G\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">G<\/span>                <span data-name=\"D\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">D<\/span>\r\nand the silence made him cry\r\n         <span data-name=\"G\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">G<\/span>\r\nYeah, he thinks of John sometimes\r\n       <span data-name=\"C\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">C<\/span>             <span data-name=\"G\" style=\"color: var(--ug-color-text-primary);\" class=\"iGhjU xXjiq VcfKs\">G<\/span>\r\nand he has to wonder why\r\n \r\n{ CHORUS }\r\n
