It is interesting to note that Frank Sinatra sings another version of Desafinado,
with  different lyrics (by Gene Lees) over the same melody: "Slightly out of Tune / Off Key".
 
Tom Jobim's original is written in F. I think it is easier to play it in F on the guitar.
Ella version (1962) is in Eb. So please transose -2 if you wish to sing exactly like Ella.
